Non-Insurance Massage, paid at time of service*:

60 minutes: $115  |    90 minutes: $175 |     120 minutes: $230
*Payment at the time of service reflects a discount for time saved by the following: no insurance billing, no extensive chart notes, no report writing, no referral acquisition, no note forwarding or mailing, no waiting for payment for services, no phone calls to insurance companies, or other time outside of session for insurance purposes.

Insurance

• I take most types of insurance, check with your plan to see if massage is covered.

• Personal Injury (PIP) and L&I claims are accepted.

• For massage to be covered by insurance, you will need a prescription* from either your Primary Doctor, ARNP, Naturopath, or Chiropractor.

• Your prescription should include:

  • Diagnosis

  • Diagnosis codes

  • Number of visits and an expiration date

• A concierge fee of $20 per visit, will be charged at the time of service. This is in addition to any co-pays due at the time of receiving each massage service.

• Payment of the concierge fee is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the patient. This concierge fee covers the ancillary massage services and amenities, including but not limited to skin products and treatment provided before, during, and after the massage.

*Even if your plan does not require a referral, a prescription is needed for billing purposes.
Massage therapists are not allowed to generate the billing codes needed to secure payment from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. For any cancellations made without sufficient notice, the full fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
