Well-being can’t be measured on a scale, but when something is out of balance in our bodies, we feel it. Being off-kilter affects everything we do, from our work to our relationships. Restoring this balance is key. Therapeutic massage is an essential way to get back on track, heal and restore – physically and mentally. Because when we’re in balance, our lives improve from the inside out.
My practice aims to guide clients towards optimum health by helping them listen to their bodies. I specialize in treatments that increase joint mobility, decrease pain and anxiety, enhance athletic performance and restore the ability to participate in daily activities that have been limited by physical pain. In addition, I pay particular attention to how clients are “living” in their bodies, i.e. postural/ergonomic awareness. My goal is to not only treat clients during our session but to also provide them with tools they can use off the table that WILL result in a happier body!

I originally became a licensed therapist through the Brenneke School of Massage in 1996. For the first 10 years, my practice was within a multi-disciplinary clinical team. I have treated many of the same clients for well over a decade, and value these long-term relationships.
I am licensed by the WA State Department of Health and am certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as well as a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
